Introducing Samurai Gold

Samurai Gold is our highest quality oyster—delicious, plump, and juicy, it’s available year-round! Triploid oysters are more disease resistant and retain nutrients longer than other oysters. They are also grown in special baskets to help give them their characteristic shape and size.
